posture!
heyyyy.
today's been a rather long day...
even though i skipped a few lesson because i went to see the physio
went to school at about 8+ cause lessons started late today.
had econs lecture; then a long 3 period break.
1 period of math tutorial and then i went on my way to see the physio
dad came to fetch
reached the place but couldnt find a place to park
so we went to this super cool car park
where they helped you to park your car using a car lift.
something like a passenger lift luh. but just that you put your car inside
its SUPER COOL!
like 1 whole building of cars. hahahha.
you drive your car into this 'lift'
then you get out, lock your car and stuffs then go out of the lift and press start or something then it'll help you park your car
go about doing your things, come back and retrive your car, which will be safe and sound inside the carpark.
and guess what, my dad freaking didnt lock the car doors. but anyway no one went in luh, yupp.
after that went to see the physio, gino.
hes really friendly.
started the session by asking me alot of questions about my injury(obviously) and about my typical day in school.
then asked me to do a few exercises or something to check out more about whats wrong.
its like he knew what exactly was wrong after awhile
then helped me to crack my back, massage a little for my knee.
teached me how to activate my inner core muscles, forgot what it was called luh.
yuppp. and its really super effective! i could feel it almost instantly
hes really really good luh. yupppp
went back to school after that
had chem and then physics test which was, rather ok i guess.
after school had TRAINING!
FINALLY COULD TRAIN, WITHOUT PAIN!
its really great for me luh.
especially since its 2 days before the RIJC match.
have to do a bit of work out at least. yup.
anyway we didnt get onto the pitch.
but it was rather ok i guess.
gotta take care of my posture,
must go about reminding everybody also. hahahha.
sit straight at all times!!!!!!
if not you'll end up like me one day... heh.
yup.
gonna go finish up my pi.
hope its better this time around.....
